Maum strictly prohibits the following acts under its zero-tolerance policy on sexual crimes against minors or any actions that encourage such crimes:

    • Creating, sharing, or promoting child sexual exploitation materials

      • You must not create, sell, rent, distribute, or share any kind of child sexual exploitation materials. Even expressing an intent to do so is strictly prohibited.

According to the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles from Sexual Abuse, this rule applies not only to real minors but also to any images, videos, or illustrations that clearly depict minors in a sexual or exploitative manner.

Even if such content is shared privately through email or messaging apps, the recipient can report it, which may lead to serious consequences, including permanent bans and legal action.

    • Possessing or using child sexual exploitation materials knowingly

      • You must not possess or use any form of child sexual exploitation materials, knowing that they were created using minors.

Storing such content on any internet service or storage platform may lead to legal consequences under the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles from Sexual Abuse.

    • Facilitating the creation of child sexual exploitation materials

      • You must not assist in the creation of child sexual exploitation materials in any way, including providing information, engaging in transactions, or acting as an intermediary.

    • Providing minors with obscene or exploitative content

      • You must not provide or attempt to provide any obscene or exploitative content to minors, knowing that they will access or use it.

    • Engaging in the buying, selling, or brokering of minors for sexual purposes

      • You must not buy, sell, or act as an intermediary for any transaction involving the sexual exploitation of minors, nor express intent to do so.

    • Planning or depicting sexual crimes against minors

      • You must not plan, discuss, or depict sexual crimes against minors, such as sexual assault, molestation, or child prostitution, especially for the purpose of arousing sexual desire.

    • Engaging in grooming behavior towards minors

      • Grooming refers to building trust and emotional connections with a minor to manipulate them into engaging in sexual activities.

You must not approach minors with the intent of establishing trust and closeness for sexual exploitation or control.

Any form of sexual solicitation—such as engaging in sexual conversations, arranging meetings, or requesting explicit photos—will be considered sexual control and exploitation.

    • Sexual objectification of minors

      • You must not sexualize minors for personal gratification or to stimulate others’ sexual desires.

Expressing or implying that minors are objects of sexual activity, whether through public posts or comments, is grounds for disciplinary action.

This includes maliciously altering, distorting, or synthesizing images or videos of minors into explicit content, which, like previously mentioned offenses, is subject to legal consequences.

    • Encouraging or facilitating sexual crimes against minors

      • You must not promote, encourage, or facilitate sexual crimes against minors in any form, including providing locations for such activities or attempting to lure or solicit minors for sexual purposes.
